Been Good
Sorry I was gone for a couple days. I was really busy, but the good part about being busy is that it keeps you away from the fridge(:. I have been sticking to my diet, which is really important since it is becoming harder to find time to work out. I just keep thinking about my goal and it pushes me forward to keep going. I think I have a weigh in coming up soon so let's hope it goes good. Thin and love! I got a picture my friend sent me. Is it bad for a friend to be thinspiration?

make mistakes and keep going
one of the hardest and annoying things in weight loss journey is the predictable and totally upsetting mistake in the diet. the un-avoidable opportunity to cheat can temp you to your last wit until you just eat it. i was offered the opportunity to go eat yogurt with a group of friends. i jumped at the opportunity to hang out with my friends, pushing the diet to the back of my head. when i was checking out, i realized there was a small amount of fruit yogurt covered in cookie dough bites, chocolate sauce and ten more pounds of empty fat. i didn't even get a workout today. but before i scream, im going to take a step back. it is one mistake. dont give up. when you make a mistake, u go down a step on the weight loss mountain. but if you give up, you have to start at the bottom of the mountain again. please dont give up. tomorrow i will make a video on how i like to work out and what i love to do. remember dont give up ever.

the beginning
the beginning
it starts right now. now. the beginning.
it is the first check in. after a check on the scale at the local ymca and a check on my scale at home, i weigh 150-151 lbs. that sucks being that my mom weighs 140 and im 36 years younger. i am 5'6"and 13 years old. i solemnly swear to work my butt off to get to my goal weight, 125 or even lower. it is monday, may 14, 2012, at 9:39. i will work. i will try. i wont starve or purge. I WILL BE THIN. thank you
