make mistakes and keep going

one of the hardest and annoying things in weight loss journey is the predictable and totally upsetting mistake in the diet. the un-avoidable opportunity to cheat can temp you to your last wit until you just eat it. i was offered the opportunity to go eat yogurt with a group of friends. i jumped at the opportunity to hang out with my friends, pushing the diet to the back of my head. when i was checking out, i realized there was a small amount of fruit yogurt covered in cookie dough bites, chocolate sauce and ten more pounds of empty fat. i didn't even get a workout today. but before i scream, im going to take a step back. it is one mistake. dont give up. when you make a mistake, u go down a step on the weight loss mountain. but if you give up, you have to start at the bottom of the mountain again. please dont give up. tomorrow i will make a video on how i like to work out and what i love to do. remember dont give up ever.
